The Sauvignon Blanc comes from Isolabella della Croce's highest vineyard, where the nights in August and September are much cooler than the days. Picking at exactly the right moment is crucial here: too early or too late and the delicate aromas are lost. The result is a fresh, mineral Sauvignon Blanc with its own Piemonte personality.
