Frisse en aromatische witte wijn van Sauvignon Blanc druiven uit de Alto Adige-Südtirol wijnregio in Trentino-Alto Adige, Noordoost-Italië. De wijngaarden liggen in een uniek terroir op 630 meter hoogte, aan de voet van de Dolomieten.

The Motta family picks its Sauvignon in two passes, usually in the first ten days of October, so that grapes at different stages of ripeness each bring their own aromas. In the vineyard, different selections of Sauvignon deliberately grow side by side, chosen for their aromas, while the altitude and exposure add extra freshness. The result is a fresh, remarkably elegant Sauvignon with a long finish.

The Motta family, including brothers Francesco and Filippo, swapped Rome for the beautiful Alto Adige wine region at the foot of the Dolomites to follow their passion: winegrowing. Since 2004 they have tended 3.5 hectares of vineyards on steep slopes at 630 metres, surrounded by woodland and nature reserves.
