Krachtige en volle rode wijn van Nebbiolo druiven uit de Barolo wijnregio in Piemonte, Noordwest-Italië. De wijngaarden liggen in de cru Parussi in Castiglione Falletto, op 220 hoogte.

Parussi in Castiglione Falletto is Chionetti's lowest-lying vineyard, facing south and south-west, on marl full of fossil shells. It gives a powerful Barolo with a firm structure that rewards a few more years in the cellar.

Martina and Nicola Chionetti, with Alessandro, are the fifth generation of the Chionetti family in Dogliani, in the Langhe, where Dolcetto has always taken centre stage. Each wine comes from a single vineyard (cru) and matures in large wooden casks (botti), steamed rather than toasted. Since 2015 they have also made exceptionally elegant Barolos.
