Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut

Refined and elegant sparkling wine from the Prosecco Superiore wine region in Veneto, north-east Italy, made from Glera grapes. The vineyards lie on the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, a UNESCO World Heritage site at the heart of the Prosecco area.

Daldin's Brut comes from selected Glera grapes grown on the hills of Valdobbiadene, where they are picked by hand. The second fermentation lasts around 60 days, which gives very fine bubbles. The result is a dry, fresh and savoury Prosecco Superiore with a touch of citrus and a mineral finish.

This Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is perfect as a festive aperitif, with charcuterie or shellfish, or as the ideal partner for fish.

Prosecco Superiore, Veneto

In the 1970s, the Daldin family was among the first to bottle Prosecco in Valdobbiadene. Three generations of women – grandmother Lenà, Norma (right in the photo) and her daughter Alessandra (left) – put the estate on the map: the three diamonds on the label stand for them. Their Proseccos are 100% Glera and as dry as possible within each category.
