A unique gift box with tajarin all'uovo with black truffle, together with a small bottle of truffle oil based on the white truffle of Alba. The tajarin is artisanal, handmade traditional egg pasta from Piemonte, north-west Italy, carefully made with 100% organic flour and ingredients, traditionally drawn through bronze dies (trafilata al bronzo) and dried at low temperature for more than 20 hours.

This box pairs tajarin, typical of the Langhe, made with 25% organic eggs and 2% chopped organic black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), with a bottle of organic extra virgin olive oil with natural white truffle aroma (Tuber magnatum). A few drops over the warm pasta are all it takes.

Since 2006, the Mainardi family has been making artisanal, handmade pasta in their family business, Pasta d'Alba. Founder Dario and his wife Rosangela started out in the heart of the Langhe in Piemonte; today their children are on board too. The ingredients are organic and come from local mills: quality, tradition and innovation go hand in hand.
