Nomora Cuvée Rosé alcohol-free sparkling wine

Nomora Cuvée Rosé alcohol-free sparkling wine

Alcohol-free sparkling wine from Piemonte, north-west Italy. It starts from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Merlot from Trentino, north-east Italy: first a classic wine is made, from which the alcohol is then removed with the utmost precision (dealcoholisation). Adding carbon dioxide gives it a fine, fresh sparkle.

Nomora is a young brand, founded in 2024, with one mission: to bring high-quality alcohol-free wines to market. Founder and CEO Paolo Repetto is a specialist in fine wines. The company is still developing and invests in research and experiments with different grape varieties and dealcoholisation techniques, to make top products today and in the future.

This Nomora Cuvée Rosé alcohol-free sparkling wine is perfect as a festive aperitif or with cured meats, salads, sushi and Japanese or Asian cuisine, or as a high-quality alternative to classic (sparkling) wine.
