Etna Rosso DOC deAetna 2022
Elegante en sappige rode wijn van Nerello Mascalese (80%), Nerello Cappuccio (20%) druiven uit de Etna wijnregio in Sicilië, Zuid-Italië. De wijngaarden liggen op de zuidoostelijke flank van de vulkaan op 450 à 550 meter hoogte met 40 jaar oude wijnstokken.
deAetna Rosso is Terra Costantino's Etna Rosso: Nerello Mascalese complemented by Nerello Cappuccio, from vines around forty years old on the terraces of Viagrande. The wine matures partly in stainless steel and partly in medium-sized wooden casks (tonneaux) of oak, then in bottle. The result is an elegant, juicy Etna Rosso with a fresh, mineral touch.
