Refined, delicate extra virgin olive oil with protected designation of origin (DOP) from 100% Taggiasca olives from Liguria, north-west Italy. This superior olive oil is the result of a first cold pressing of the olives, using mechanical means only.

This refined Riviera Ligure DOP olive oil is the pride of the Mela family. The Taggiasca olives are picked by hand, selected and processed within 24 hours of harvest. The olive trees grow at 200 to 600 metres on steep terraces with dry-stone walls in the Riviera di Ponente.

This Extra virgin olive oil Riviera Ligure DOP Riviera dei Fiori 500ml is perfect for finishing cold or hot dishes such as salads, fish or meat, or simply on a slice of (toasted) bread (bruschetta).
