Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico Brut Nature Millesimato Ginevra 2020

Traditional-method sparkling wine from the Alta Langa wine region in Piemonte, north-west Italy, made from Chardonnay (75%) and Pinot Nero (25%) grapes. The vineyards lie at 450 metres. After at least 40 months on its fine lees (the Alta Langa DOCG requires a minimum of 30 months), this refined sparkling wine receives a dosage of less than 3 g per litre.

Ginevra's label is designed like the title page of a special book, with a red band as a bookmark. Isolabella della Croce is just as particular about what is inside: the back label shows the dates of tirage and disgorgement, so you know exactly how long the wine rested on its lees. A pure, dry Brut Nature for those who love a refined sparkling wine without frills.
