Etna Rosso DOC deAetna 2021

Elegant and juicy red wine from the Etna wine region in Sicily, southern Italy, made from Nerello Mascalese (80%) and Nerello Cappuccio (20%) grapes. The vineyards lie on the south-eastern slopes of the volcano at 450 to 550 metres, with 40-year-old vines.

deAetna Rosso is Terra Costantino's Etna Rosso: Nerello Mascalese complemented by Nerello Cappuccio, from vines around forty years old on the terraces of Viagrande. The wine matures partly in stainless steel and partly in medium-sized wooden casks (tonneaux) of oak, then in bottle. The result is an elegant, juicy Etna Rosso with a fresh, mineral touch.

This Etna Rosso DOC deAetna 2021 pairs perfectly with an Italian cheese and charcuterie board, poultry, pasta with meat, rich tomato-based dishes, red meat or roast meat.
