Vino Spumante Rosé Brut

Fresh and lively sparkling wine from Marche, central Italy, made from Lacrima and Fiano grapes. It is made using the Charmat or Martinotti method (also known as the tank method) to preserve the aromatic character of the Lacrima grape.

For this sparkling rosé, Vigna degli Estensi combines Lacrima with Fiano. The second fermentation takes place in a closed tank, using the sugars of the Lacrima grapes themselves, with no added sugar. The result is a soft, fruity rosé with fine bubbles, lovely as an aperitif or for a festive breakfast.

This Vino Spumante Rosé Brut is perfect as a festive aperitif or with appetisers, starters, fish or main courses with white meat.
