Roero Arneis DOCG BEL 2024

Fresh and aromatic white wine from the Roero wine region in Piemonte, north-west Italy, made from Arneis grapes. The vineyards lie north of Alba and the Tanaro river, close to the border with the province of Asti.

For BEL, Carlo Casetta grows his Arneis in the coolest part of the estate, where the sun is gentler and the summer heat less intense. After temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the wine rests for three to four months on its fine lees, which are stirred regularly. The result is a fresh, elegant white with a touch of white flowers. The name means 'beautiful' and sounds like 'bell' in English: clear and crystalline, like Arneis itself.

This Roero Arneis DOCG BEL 2024 is perfect as an aperitif or with fish, white meat or vegetarian dishes.
