Elegante en sappige witte wijn van Carricante druiven uit de Etna wijnregio in Sicilië, Zuid-Italië. De wijngaarden liggen op de oostelijke flank van de vulkaan, in de gemeente Milo, op 650 meter hoogte.
Contrada Praino comes from Terra Costantino's youngest vineyard, in Milo on the eastern slope of Etna: the home of Etna Bianco Superiore. On steep terraces that the family built themselves, overlooking the sea, only bush-trained Carricante (alberello) grows here. The result is a fresh, invigorating white with pronounced acidity. Only around 1,400 bottles are made.

Father and son Dino and Fabio Costantino run their family estate, Terra Costantino, together. In unique vineyards on the volcanic soils of Etna's south-eastern slopes, they grow local grape varieties, many of them on old vines. The estate is fully organic.
