Elegant and complex red wine from the Rossese di Dolceacqua wine region in Liguria, north-west Italy, made from Rossese grapes. The vineyards lie between 350 and 450 metres, near the village of Dolceacqua, close to the French border.

Terrabianca is the vineyard that gave Terre Bianche its name: one of the best-known crus of Rossese di Dolceacqua, already known in Roman times and farmed by the Rondelli family since 1870. Its white clay and blue marl, containing marine fossils, give a refined Rossese with character: mineral, with firm tannins and a freshness that helps it age gracefully. A rare wine: only around 2,500 bottles are made each year.

This Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC Terrabianca 2021 pairs perfectly with beef carpaccio, poultry, red meat, grilled meat or game, or simply on its own as a delicious meditation wine.
