Langhe DOC Rosato CIT 2024

Fresh and juicy rosé wine from the Roero wine region in Piemonte, north-west Italy, made from Nebbiolo grapes. The vineyards lie north of Alba and the Tanaro river, close to the border with the province of Asti.

CIT is Carlo Casetta's rosé, made from Nebbiolo from his own vineyards. The result is a fresh, mineral rosé with a delicate floral and fruity touch and moderate alcohol. The name means 'little' in Piedmontese dialect and sounds like 'cheat' in English: with its colour and aromas, it likes to keep you guessing.

This Langhe DOC Rosato CIT 2024 is perfect as an aperitif or with an Italian cheese and charcuterie board, poultry, white meat, fish, pasta, cheese or even pizza.
