Etna Bianco DOC Mofete 2024

Fresh and elegant white wine from the Etna wine region in Sicily, southern Italy, made from Carricante (80%) and Catarratto (20%) grapes. The vineyards lie on the northern slopes of the volcano, with 30-year-old vines.

Valeria Agosta and her daughter Serena Costanzo are the current generation at the Palmento Costanzo family estate, which Valeria and her husband Mimmo founded in 2010. Serena studied viticulture and oenology at the University of Montpellier and is now the estate's winemaker, together with oenologist Nicolo Centanzo. The estate is fully organic.

This Etna Bianco DOC Mofete 2024 is perfect as an aperitif or with fish and shellfish, pasta with vegetables or fresh cheeses.
