Canelli DOCG Valdiserre 2025

Fresh and lively sparkling wine from the Asti wine region in Piemonte, north-west Italy, made from Moscato grapes. The vineyards lie in a natural amphitheatre at 500 metres, surrounded by woodland.

Valdiserre comes from Moscato vines around 60 years old, harvested late and fully ripe. Isolabella della Croce stops the fermentation at barely 5% alcohol, preserving the grape's natural sweetness and its delicate, gently sparkling freshness. The result is a surprisingly balanced Moscato with a long, fresh finish that has won international awards, including at the worldwide Muscats du Monde competition.

This Canelli DOCG Valdiserre 2025 is perfect to round off a meal, with light fruit desserts, cake or pastries. The classic pairing in Piemonte is, of course, Moscato d'Asti with a delicious slice of traditional panettone.
