Nomora Cuvée Rosé alcohol-free sparkling wine

Alcohol-free sparkling wine from Piemonte, north-west Italy. It starts from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Merlot from Trentino, north-east Italy: first a classic wine is made, from which the alcohol is then removed with the utmost precision (dealcoholisation). Adding carbon dioxide gives it a fine, fresh sparkle.

ENÙ chose Nomora after thorough research and tasting some ten Italian alcohol-free wines and sparkling wines that were not yet available in Belgium. A tasting panel also rated Nomora's sparkling wines the best of the lot. With Nomora, Paolo Repetto sets out to make alcohol-free wine that is authentic, natural and of high quality.

This Nomora Cuvée Rosé alcohol-free sparkling wine is perfect as a festive aperitif or with cured meats, salads, sushi and Japanese or Asian cuisine, or as a high-quality alternative to classic (sparkling) wine.
