Fresh and refined white wine from the Alto Adige-Südtirol wine region in Trentino-Alto Adige, north-east Italy, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. The grapes grow on steep slopes between 250 and 900 metres, where cool, high-lying plots and sunny mid-slope vineyards complement each other.

Elena Walch leaves her Pinot Grigio on its fine lees for several months, which gives it extra roundness and character. The result is a Pinot Grigio with real backbone, a far cry from the run-of-the-mill Pinot Grigio you so often come across.

This Alto Adige DOC Pinot Grigio 2025 is perfect as an aperitif, but also with pasta or risotto, grilled fish or even a cheese fondue.
