Etna Bianco DOC deAetna 2021 magnum
Elegante en sappige witte wijn van Carricante (80%), Catarratto (15%) en Minella (5%) druiven uit de Etna wijnregio in Sicilië, Zuid-Italië. De wijngaarden liggen op de zuidoostelijke flank van de vulkaan op 450 à 550 meter hoogte met 20 jaar oude wijnstokken.
deAetna Bianco is Terra Costantino's Etna Bianco: Carricante complemented by Catarratto and Minnella, from the terraces of Contrada Blandano and Contrada Cannarozzo. The grapes are pressed directly, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The result is a fresh, pure Etna Bianco with a mineral touch.

Father and son Dino and Fabio Costantino run their family estate, Terra Costantino, together. In unique vineyards on the volcanic soils of Etna's south-eastern slopes, they grow local grape varieties, many of them on old vines. The estate is fully organic.
